Mode of assessments: Mentalogue Clinic is set up to provide both face to face as well as Telehealth consultations. Medicare Rebate may not be available for some Telehealth consultations.

Appointments
Referrals will be screened on a case by case basis. The reception desk will contact the patient with an appointment if accepted. Initial consultation is for an hour and subsequent reviews will be for 15, 30 or 45 minutes.
All patients require a current referral from their GP or club doctor to avail of Medicare rebate. Patients are responsible for ensuring a current referral. Please check with the clinic administration whilst making an appointment that your referral is current. 

Fees
Patients will be advised of the fee prior to the confirmation of the appointment. Please enquire with the front desk regarding current fee rates.
Initial consultations will require pre-payment and the rebates will be processed at the end of the consultation. Payment for reviews is required at the completion of each session.
Medicare rebates are processed at the time of payment and will be reimbursed to the linked account with Medicare. We advice that you check your details with Medicare and update as needed. The clinic is not responsible for any Medicare related reimbursement errors.  

Cancellation on the day of the appointment and non attendances will attract a cancellation fee of $100.

Prescriptions:
Medicare guidelines discourage prescriptions done outside of consultations. We can arrange emergency scripts for a fee of $25.
