Patients are requested to bring with them any relevant reports or investigations . Close family members or carers are welcome to attend the review with the patient's consent. All patients require a current referral from their lead medical practitioner to be eligible for Medicare Rebate.

After hours services and emergency availability is beyond the scope of this practice. Attendance at  local emergency departments or contacting the 'Crisis Teams' based at Public Emergency Departments is recommended.

If there is a change in any demographic including nominated General Practitioner, please update this as soon as possible with the administration team at the front desk.

Workplace Safety

Mentalogue Clinic aims to provide a safe and secure working environment for our staff and patients. We have a zero tolerance policy on workplace aggression or other inappropriate behaviours. Any such incidents will lead to discharge back to the referring doctor and discontinuation of care.
